What counts as a successful takedown?
A takedown is successful when the fraudulent content is removed or made inaccessible: the site is taken offline, the domain is suspended, the fake profile or ad is removed, or the page is delisted. You are only billed once that result is achieved. No success, no fee.
Do monitoring customers really pay less per takedown?
Yes. Active monitoring customers pay €300/$340 per successful takedown instead of the €400/$450 on-demand rate. Because we already monitor your brand, evidence and context are in place, so each removal is faster and cheaper for everyone.
What does the Business plan include?
Continuous monitoring across domains (lookalikes, typosquats, new registrations), social media, online ads, and search engines, including AI answers. You get automated risk scoring, real-time alerts, and a dashboard with Excel export. Pricing is per brand.
Can I pay in euros or US dollars?
Both. Use the € / $ switch at the top of the pricing table to see every price in your preferred currency. We remember your choice for next time. Invoices can be issued in either currency.
Which payment methods can I use?
Billing runs through Stripe. We accept all major credit and debit cards, SEPA Direct Debit, ACH Direct Debit, bank transfers, and Link. You can pay invoices in euros or US dollars.
Is there a setup fee or a minimum contract?
No setup fee. Monthly monitoring can be cancelled anytime; the annual plan gives you two months free. On-demand takedowns have no commitment, so you can request one whenever you need it. Only a retainer runs for a fixed quarter or year.
Is nebty a fit for small businesses?
Yes, that is who we built it for. You need neither a security team nor an annual contract. What brand protection costs a small business per year, with a worked example, is on our page on brand protection for small businesses.
What does Enterprise cover?
Enterprise is the monitoring plan for companies with several brands and larger teams. It includes everything in Business plus multiple brands in one account, Enterprise SSO, permission management and personal support from a dedicated contact. We price it to fit your brand portfolio.
How does the takedown retainer work?
You book the retainer for a quarter or a year and get credits for it. Each successful takedown draws credits from the retainer; failed attempts cost nothing. Per takedown a retainer is always cheaper than On Demand, and the larger the retainer, the bigger the volume discount. Unused credits carry over to the next term. What if I need many takedowns at once?
Send us the list, for example when you face a network of fake shops or a phishing wave. A bulk quote is worth asking for from three or four cases. You get one custom quote for the whole list; the fastest way is an email to benedikt@nebty-id.com.
Do you have a partner program for MSPs and resellers?
Yes. Our reseller program lets MSPs, IT service providers and agencies offer nebty to their own clients. Email us at benedikt@nebty-id.com and we will walk you through the terms in person.
Are the prices shown including VAT?
All prices are net and exclude VAT. VAT is added where applicable depending on your country and business status.
